If
for any reason one of your teams has to cancel a
scheduled game please contract the Club
Representative that you are scheduled to play
and let them know as soon as possible.
No
one wants our curlers to travel to a curling
club ready and expecting to curl, only to be
told after waiting around that they have to go
home without curling.
If
a game is to be cancelled, please contract the
Host Club Representative and let them know that
the sheet will not be used so that we don't
abuse the generosity of our Host Clubs.
